Open Day
For the upcoming Open Day on January 26th we need communication materials in print such as posters, postcards, signage and a booklet. The theme for all of these materials will be based upon the Lexicon of Design that you are working on in other classes.
Postcard
Individually you have all been assigned a couple of design terms. You will design a postcard based on or more of the terms assigned to you. Start out by sketching a few design ideas on paper. Make sure you have some kind of idea in your head before continuing. Determine the software application that best suits your needs (AI or PS) and setup a document of the right size and orientation. Make your design. When you have no clue where to start, ask a fellow student or the teacher what techniques you could use.
Note: you can design more than one postcard if you need to.
